All Returns & Exchanges will only be valid 28 days from the purchase date, as long as it’s under valid grounds.

To have a valid return or exchange, the product/item has to be well packaged, so it does not get damaged in the post.
please also make sure that all returning items are completely unworn, unwashed and complete with the original tags & packaging

Please note due to hygiene reasons, underwear, socks & bodysuits can not be returned !

Any inquiries that have exceeded our 28-day rule about a return or exchange will be invalid and unfortunately, can not be resolved.

If you do have a valid return or exchange, please get in touch with our team via email to get the problem resolved.
Typically refunds get processed almost immediately once we have received the item and inspected it.

We also do not cover the shipping fee on returns & exchanges.
